Course Syllabus

  1. TITLE OF COURSE: PE1651 - Weight Training and Jogging
  2. COURSE DESCRIPTION: One credit hour. Two hours lab per week. This course is a graduated program of weight lifting and jogging designed to improve flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular efficiency. For each unit of credit, a minimum of three hours per week with one of the hours for class and two hours for studying/preparation outside of class is expected.
